How many types of data do you provide?
We have 5 types of import-export data namely, Customs Data, Bill of Lading Data, Logistics Data, Mirror Data, Learn More
Does your shipment data is also included Air Shipment?
Different countries have different data, for USA import data, we do not have air shipment, only ocean shipment.
How current (up to date) is your search data with US Customer (US sources)?
US shipment data is updated daily upon receipt from US Customs and Border Protection.
How often are data other than US updated?
Tradesparq updates for its international databases from one to two months after the transactions have been recorded by the national government in question. The time frame is determined by the relevant national government’s policy.
Do you offer a trial membership say for 30 days (assume we pay for 30 days and apply that payment toward 12-month subscription later)?
So sorry that we do not offer free trial , but we can show you a demo with our data.
What are the difference packages between Shipments PRO, Shipments Global, shipment global plus, etc.?
Each package includes different data sets.
What are the sources of Tradesparq’s international data?
US trade data is gathered from the Automated Manifest System (AMS). Our international data is gathered from authorized government sources within each reporting country.
How authenticity and accuracy is the data?
Tradesparq assures you of the best data quality in the industry. The data is based on actual Shipping & Custom documents like Bill of Lading & Shipping Bills and collected from several Custom Departments, Government Bodies and other partners. The data thus goes through quality check process to ensure that you get the most accurate and pertinent data.
With Shipments PRO, do we see both import and export data from a given US company (importer)?
Shipment pro only includes USA import data; this means you can only check the import transactions of an US company.
